The apartment house has 7 residential units. It is located in the valley of Alojera, in the west of the island at about 140 meters above sea level. You have a fantastic view over the sea. In addition to the sunny and warm climate, the quiet location is also impressive. Alojera has two beaches. Both are not far away. The nearest beach, Playa del Trigo, can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes.
The house was inhabited until recently. Nevertheless, a comprehensive renovation is recommended.
The house could be used as a guesthouse or seminar house and combine living and working here on La Gomera.

Features

The building consists of three floors. There is a garden to the side of the house. A garage and an additional parking space also belong to the property.
On the middle floor there is a large apartment with two bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and large panoramic terrace. One of the two bedrooms has access to its own smaller terrace in the garden area.
There are two apartments on the upper floor. Each has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace with sea views. Access to this floor is via an external staircase.

There are four apartments in the basement.
All have a bedroom, bathroom, living room/kitchen and terrace with sea views. One of these four apartments is larger than the others and has a large terrace and an extra living room.

The large apartment on the middle floor and the two upper apartments are in quite good condition and could be lived in immediately.
The four lower apartments have not been used for some time and should be renovated before use, as should the facade of the house. The roof terrace could be well designed as a panoramic terrace with wonderful sea views.
