The building is located in San Sebastian, above the town, in the district of La Lomada.
It has 7 residential units. The apartments are not inhabited. The house is simply designed, but habitable. Renovation and modernisation are recommended.

There are two larger flats and five apartments.

Ground floor:
Here we find two small apartments and one large apartment. The two smaller ones face the front, the larger one faces the rear with an outdoor area.
The two smaller apartments have separate entrances from the front. They each have a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. There is a connecting door, making it easy to combine them into one larger apartment.
From the main entrance, the hallway leads past the staircase to the large apartment of the ground floor. It has a terrace with access to the outdoor area behind the house. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room.

First floor:
There are two apartments here. One large and one small one.
The bigger apartment is the largest in the house. It has a spacious living room with access to a balcony from which you have a view as far as the sea. There are also three bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and toilet.
The smaller apartment has an eat-in kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

Second floor:
There are two apartments on this top floor.
One with living room, one bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and direct access to its own terrace.
The other has a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and private terrace, with access via the hallway. From here you also have access to the roof terrace via an external staircase.
There are two storage rooms on the roof terrace.

Miscellaneous

The house was built in 1977 and used by the owner family for a long time. It is habitable, but in simple condition and design. The large flat on the second floor has been partially renovated. All connections such as water and electricity are available.
