Description

Canarian country house with garden in Alajero, in the south of the island.

The house consists of two floors. On the upper floor we find the main apartment of the house, divided into a small living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom and a large terrace with panoramic views to the sea. On the ground floor there is another small apartment consisting of a large living room/kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom. This is the former garage, which was rebuilt into a living room. A spacious terrace area adjoins the house, which merges into a partially roofed inner courtyard with an outside kitchen area behind the house. From here, a staircase leads to the large, accessible roof terrace of the house. In the entrance area of the house there is also a carport, covered with a pergola with creepers.

The garden, next to the house, is largely planted with vines. A small part serves as a vegetable garden.
