The outbuilding is an old farmhouse, built in the traditional style of natural stone and clay. It could be converted into an accommodation unit, workshop, studio, etc.
In addition to the drinking water connection, there is also a water right for agricultural irrigation water.

Miscellaneous

The house can be reached via a level footpath of 60 m. from the parking lot.
Alojera has two beaches, restaurants and a little shop for basics. It is about 30 minutes by car to Vallehermoso, the next larger village, where you will find cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkets. Valle Gran Rey, with its colourful tourist activity and beautiful beaches, can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. From the house you can go on beautiful hikes into the enchanting mountains of Gomera and the Garajonay Nature Park.
