Country house in an exposed location with fantastic views in Alojera, in the north-west of the island. The house is situated at the top of a ridge, as the highest building of a small group of houses. It is in a quiet location. You can drive directly to the house by car. The small access road ends there.

The house consists of one floor with a small storage room in the basement and an accessible roof terrace.
There is a large open-plan living space with a dining area, living room and kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the sea.
An external staircase next to the house entrance leads up to the roof terrace. Here you have a wide view over the valley of Alojera and the sea.

The house is powered by its own solar system. There is a connection to the mains water supply.
You can park directly at the house.
