The property is situated in the north of the island in a beautiful location with views of the sea as far as Teide, Tenerife's mountain. It is located in the village of Juego de Bolas, above Agulo and close to the nature park.
The plot of 8935 m2, situated on a slope, contains a building in the upper area which was used as a restaurant. The Tambor restaurant, located opposite the visitor center of the national park. It was a popular and well-frequented restaurant. It can be reopened and operated as such. Other uses are also possible.
The large residential building is located slightly below the restaurant. It is divided into three separate residential units, with a large covered outdoor kitchen area. In front of the house is a spacious terrace with beautiful views.
The house has two separate driveways and a parking space next to the house. There is also an outbuilding with three garages and an unfinished upper floor.

Features

The house is divided into three apartments.
Apartment 1, located in the right-hand area, has a large living room with an open fireplace and three bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen. In the front part of the house, at the entrance, there is a small living room with a wide window front.
Apartment 2, in the middle section of the house, consists of a bedroom and bathroom. In front of it is the large covered veranda and outdoor kitchen area.
Apartment 3, on the left-hand side, consists of a large living room/bedroom, separate kitchen and bathroom.

The restaurant has a large dining room with bar, kitchen, toilets and storage rooms. To the side and behind the building there are two terraces with fantastic views of the Teide and the Garajonay Natural Park.
