Description

The property is located close to the secluded village of La Dama and has a fantastic panoramic sea view. The finca consists of the building, a large water tank, the newly planted vineyard and some mango trees. You can drive directly onto the property by car.
The property could also be planted with fruit trees and a vegetable garden. An avocado plantation would also be conceivable.
There is a water right to fill the irrigation tank.
La Dama also has access to the sea, which is ideal for swimming.

Features

The house has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a large covered veranda with a beautiful sea view. The water tank is located right next to the house. A long, narrow room, which serves as a workshop and storage room, is located in front of the water tank and to the side of the house.

Sonstiges

Behind the finca is the hall of the La Dama banana cooperative. Here you can get the best bananas directly from the farmers.
About 100 m above the finca there is another plot of land for sale, which we also offer. It also has a water tank and is also planted with vines. It is directly accessible from the road.

In 5 minutes by car you are at the sea sm small beach of La Dama. There used to be a fish factory here for the production of canned fish. Today you can still see the remains. The old jetty for boats offers good bathing opportunities. There is a small beach bar here in summer.
