Description

The country house is located in the valley of La Palmita, in the mountains of Gomera, close to the Garajonay Natural Park.
It is a former Gomeran farmhouse of one floor with a gabled roof, built in the traditional way with natural stone. The building has been completely restored and is immediately habitable. It will be delivered furnished.
The plot measures 1475 m2 and is laid out in terraces. It is possible to create a garden here.

Features

The house has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a living room with a glazed front. From here you can enjoy the view to the sea.
Electricity and drinking water connections are available. The garden also has a small irrigation tank, which can be filled with rainwater in winter.

Additional Information

Access to the house is via a footpath of about 140 m via a staircase from the road, with a height difference of about 40 m.
Furthermore, there is a slope that can be driven on with a four-wheel drive vehicle up to a few meters below the house. It does not belong to the house, but you may use it for deliveries and transportation, for example. However, the vehicle may not be parked there.
