Country house with outbuildings and large garden

Description

The house El Cerco is located in Las Rosas, in the northern part of La Gomera. It is located on a large plot of 1548 m2, where there are three buildings. The large residential house of 144 m2, a side building, next to the house, of 35 m2 and a garden house of 11 m2.
The garden is partly planted with various fruit trees.
Next to the house is a spacious private parking lot . Behind the building is also a backyard with a barbecue area.

Features

The house consists of two living rooms, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen.
The living room is located next to the entrance of the house. It is spacious and has a fireplace.
The kitchen, located on the other side next to the entrance, is fully equipped and has a separate pantry.
One of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. Another separate bathroom is available for the other two bedrooms. Another, slightly smaller living room is located in the back of the house. From here there is access to the backyard with barbecue area. From this you also have access to the parking space and the garden.

The outbuilding is located next to the main house. It consists of a large room that is used for storage. This building could also be converted into an apartment.
One level below is a small garden shed. This is currently also used as a storage room.
On the other side of the house is a spacious open parking lot with gate.

The garden is divided into two areas. There is a garden area above the main house of about 380 m2 and another garden area to the side of the house of about 800 m2. This area is largely planted with various fruit trees. Most of them are avacado trees.
