Canary farmhouse in quiet location

Description

Canarian farmhouse in a beautiful location in the upper Valle Gran Rey, in the district of Lomo del Moral. The house is quietly located on the edge of the small village.
It is a typical old house of the valley and is still in the old, very simple condition. It is built in the traditional way with walls of natural stone and clay, and a gable roof covered with tiles.

Features

The house is so far intact, has a living-bedroom, a kitchen, dining room and bathroom. On the side of the building there is a small room with the old oven.
There is also some garden land, which surrounds the building on three sides. On the other side it borders on a neighbouring house.
The access to the house is via a footpath from the main road. There you will also find parking spaces.

An electricity and water connection is available. If you have low demands, you could already use the house like this. Otherwise a renovation is recommended.
