House with small garden in a beautiful location

Description

The house is located on the outskirts of the village of Banda de Las Rosas. It has beautiful views across the valley to the sea.
The village is beautifully situated on a hill in the picturesque valley of Vallehermoso. It is the second highest house in the village. The road ends a few meters above the house, where you can also park. There is a small garden below the building. Part of it is in the form of a terrace, the rest is a slope.

Equipment

There are three bedrooms, a bathroom, a dining room, the kitchen and another small kitchen with a fireplace in the entrance area. One of the three bedrooms is larger than the other two and could also be used as a living room. A covered roof terrace offers the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful view. The house is habitable and furnished. With a little renovation, it could easily be adapted to personal requirements.

Miscellaneous

The village of Vallehermoso, where you can find restaurants, cafés and shops, is 10 minutes away by car. The small beach of Vallehermoso is another 5 minutes away by car. Directly from the house you can go on beautiful hikes in the mountains of Gomera.
