Country house with beautiful views in Macayo

Description

Old Canarian country house in an exposed location in the village of Macayo in the north of the island, near the village of Vallehermoso. It has beautiful views as far as the sea. The house is situated on a slope. It is accessed via a footpath about 60 m from the road.
Above and below the house there is a small hillside plot on which a garden could be created.

Equipment

The building has one floor. It is built in the traditional way with walls made of natural stone and clay and a pitched roof. There are 7 rooms. At the beginning of the building we find a living room, a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. There are also 5 other rooms.
The house is in the old, original condition and in need of renovation.
Electricity and water connections are available.

Miscellaneous

Shops, cafés and restaurants can be found about 10 minutes away by car in nearby Vallehermoso. There you also have access to the sea. There are hiking trails directly from the house. The nearby Garajonay Nature Park is also great for exploring.
The location at 388 m above sea level offers a mild and balanced climate.
