Beautiful finca with a small house in a quiet location, surrounded by nature and close to the village of Vallehermoso. In addition to the house, there is a partially renovated ruin of an old house for completion.

What also distinguishes this beautiful property is its special location. On the one hand there is the climatically favorable location at only 275 m above sea level, on the other hand it is located in the middle of nature in a very quiet location in a separate side valley, and yet you are in about 10 minutes walk in the center of Vallehermoso. There you will find all the necessary shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants as well as the local school, which makes the finca also interesting for families.

The beach of Vallehermoso is about 8 minutes away by car. Beautiful hikes can be undertaken directly from the house. The impressive Garajonay cloud forest and nature park can be reached by car in around 15 minutes.
