Description

Beautiful country house in a quiet, beautiful location close to the forest and the springs of Epina.

The house consists of two floors and is a new building with an accessible flat roof. It was originally an old farmhouse of one floor with walls of natural stone and clay, but was extended and rebuilt to its present form.

On the ground floor we find three rooms. One serves as a storage room, the other two are used as bedrooms. A separate apartment could also be arranged here.

On the upper floor we find the main apartment of the house, consisting of a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a larger, corridor-veranda area. Behind the house, we find the garden plot. There are several fruit trees and enough space for a garden. An outside staircase leads to the flat roof of the house. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view over the lovely nature of the village down to the sea.

The secondary building is an old stone house, built in the traditional way with stone and clay and covered with handmade tiles. It is about 50 m2 and has only one room. It is accessible from both sides. An old stone oven is also available.

Land: The land extends around the main house and the secondary building up to the access road.

There are also two other garden plots available, which can also be acquired on request.
