House in the mountain village Arure

Description

House in the mountain village of Arure, close to Valle Gran Rey.
The house has one floor. The front part is built with a flat roof, the rear part with a traditional gable roof. The house is ready to move into, but not furnished. All connections, such as water and electricity, are available.
Access is via a staircase in front of the passing road.

Features

There are two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. One of the two rooms faces the front and was used as a living room. From the window you have a view of the valley of Arure and the sea. The other room was used as a bedroom and is quietly located at the back of the house.

Valle Gran Rey, where you will find beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafés and many shopping facilities, is just 20 minutes away by car.
The village of Arure borders the Garajonay Nature Park and the cloud forest. You can go on beautiful hikes directly from the house.
