Description

The house is located in theighbourhood of Lomo del Balo in the upper Valle Gran Rey. It offers a beautiful view over the valley until the sea.
The building is nestled between the other houses in the village. It has four floors and is built in two steps. There is a small garden in front of the house.
Access to the house is via an easy footpath about 50 m from the street.

Features

On the third level, the entrance leads into the living area of the house. The kitchen is adjacent and is semi-open. A staircase leads down to the second level. Here you will find one of the three bedrooms, the bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and washing machine, and the separate toilet. A staircase leads down from the bedroom to the first level. Here is another bedroom, which was last used as a storage room. A door leads into the small garden.
From the living room and kitchen, an external staircase leads up to the top floor. Here we find the third bedroom. A further bathroom was planned here, but has not yet been developed as such and serves as a small storage room. The bedroom leads to the balcony, from which you have a fantastic view over the whole valley to the sea.
