Property description
Description
The finca is situated in an exposed location with far-reaching sea views, in the west of the island, between the villages of Chipude and La Dama at 630 m above sea level. Another plot with a spring is located further up.
The finca measures 54,520 m² in total. It is divided into the larger plot of 37,584 m² with the old house of 105 m² constructed area, two large water tanks of 750,000 l and 480,000 l and the cultivated areas. There is an additional drinking water connection and an electricity connection (also with high voltage current). The finca is terraced and completely planted with vines. All vines are supplied with an irrigation system. There are red and white wine vines of the Tempranillo, Baboso Negro, Vijariego blanco and negro varieties.
The smaller part of 16,936 m² is located further up at around 900 m above sea level, slightly below the La Fortaleza table mountain. This is where the spring is located. It is tapped and a pipeline system carries the spring water down to the finca. The spring supplies around 2400 liters of water a day. In addition to supplying the house with drinking water, this also enables the finca to be used for agricultural purposes. On this property there are also two other small water tanks and the ruins of an old house, as well as old terraces.
Equipment
The house consists of two rooms and a bathroom. The building was recently renovated and the roof renewed. It is currently used as a warehouse, it is registered as a residential house and can also be used as such.
The two large water tanks are used to store the spring water for irrigation.
The finca has its own driveway and is completely fenced. The lower part of the property is divided into two parts by the road that passes by.
The property is currently used entirely for growing vines, but could of course also be planted with other crops such as fruit trees and vegetables.
