Small garden hut near the sea

Description

Garden hut with covered terrace and small garden, close to the sea, in the district of La Playa, in Valle Gran Rey. About 100 m. from the beach. Electricity and water connection available.

Equipment

The garden shed consists of a small enclosed section with a built-up area of 10 m² and an adjoining semi-open covered terrace of 40 m². Of this, 24 m² is registered as covered built-up area and the rest as roof overhang.
The closed part has a small room, a shower and a toilet. There is also a kitchenette in the open part of the house.
The remaining area of the property is divided into a tiled part, which invites you to sunbathe, and a natural, unsealed area covered with gravel, where you could easily create a small garden.
Next to the building is a large old mango tree and another small fruit tree.
Access is from the parking lot next to the property. You can also park your car there.
A footpath leads directly to the plaza and the beach. The sea is just one minute away.

Miscellaneous

The garden hut is not declared as a residence, but as a storage room. You can of course use it privately as you wish, but not as an official, legal living space or residence.
