Description

Casa Perdomo is located in the heart of the village of Alojera, in the sunny west of the island. It includes a converted apartment, a bar/restaurant with terrace and sea view, garden, and a still converted area of the house.
It offers many possibilities of use. The restaurant and supermarket could continue to operate or could be converted into an apartment. Due to the size of the house, it could be designed into several residential units. Also a use as a pension or seminar house would be conceivable.

Equipment

On the upper floor of the house we find the business premises. It includes the bar, a supermarket, dining room and terrace with sea view.
On the middle floor there is the apartment, equipped with a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. From the living room you can reach the converted area of this floor, which is used as a terrace. It is still under construction and can be expanded. Next to it we find a small garden planted with fruit trees. On the same level, in front of the entrance to the apartment, there is another storage room of the bar.
In the basement there is a small unfinished part of the house, in which one could create a small apartment.
Furthermore, there is a separate garden plot of about 300 m² directly below the house.

Miscellaneous

There is also a beach in Alojera. From the house you can make beautiful walks. The location also convinces with the warm and sunny climate.
