Description

The house is located on a hillside above the center of San Sebastian. It has beautiful views over the town and the sea.
The house consists of a spacious apartment on the ground floor and another small unit on the upper floor, with a large roof terrace. From here you can enjoy an impressive view. There is also a separate entrance from the upper floor to a path above the house.

Equipment

The apartment on the ground floor has three bedrooms, a living room in the entrance area, a large kitchen and a bathroom. From the inner courtyard, a staircase leads up to the roof terrace. Here we also find another spacious bedroom with its own bathroom. It could also be easily fitted with a small kitchen. A staircase leads to the rear entrance of the house.

Miscellaneous

The house can be reached via a 200 m footpath from the road. There are several paths leading to the house. The center of San Sebastian is within walking distance.
