Traditional manor house in the centre of the historic town Agulo.

Three-storey Canarian traditional manor house with two flats. The house was built at the beginning of the last century in the traditional manor house style of the Canary Islands, with high ceilings, traditional high windows and wooden floors.

The main flat of the house is on the ground floor. The entrance is on the bordering street. The flat has two big bedrooms on the main floor and a further smaller bedroom designed as a tower, a spacious living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Behind the house there is another small building with three storage rooms.

On the ground floor we find business premises which used to be used as a pharmacy. They consist of two rooms with a door and windows facing the exterior. This space could be easily refurbished and transformed into a holiday flat with rental purposes. Both flats could be connected by means of a spiral staircase.

The house has been unoccupied for a long time and is in need of renovation. The structure is in perfect condition. We would be very glad to help with the organisation of the restoration works.

Agulo is one of the most beautiful towns of the island. It was built on the top of two hills facing Tenerife and the sea. The beautiful ancient architecture of the town is especially enchanting. Here we find all necessary shops and places to relax. The closest biggest town nearby is Hermigua, just five minutes away by car. The rich beautiful nature of the north of the island encourages long walks and expeditions. There are also several beautiful beaches nearby. The capital of the island with its port connecting with Tenerife is just 40 minutes away by car.
