Features

The old manor house is built in two floors. On the ground floor, next to the courtyard, there are two rooms used for storage. An external staircase leads up to the upper floor, where the actual living area is located. It is built in L-shape around the canarian courtyard. There are 5 rooms, the kitchen and the bathroom. Another external staircase leads up to the roof terrace. From here you have a very beautiful view of the sea to the Teide, the mountain of Tenerife.

Additional Information

The house has not been lived in for some time and needs renovation. Electricity, water and a telephone connection are available. We are happy to help with the planning and implementation of renovation work.
