Casa La Plaza is a traditional Canarian manor with a beautiful courtyard. It is located at the square in the picturesque village of Agulo, in the north of the island. The historic building has been carefully and tastefully renovated and combines modern standards with traditional flair. A truly beautiful property.

Features

The main building has two floors and it is joined by a one-story wing in an L-shape. The buildings are formed around the courtyard.
On the ground floor of the main building, near the entrance, we find the spacious living room with kitchen.
In the one-story side wing there are a small bedroom, a dressing room, a bathroom and a "garden kitchen", which is also used as a storage room.
The courtyard is partially planted and has a spacious sitting area.
A staircase leads from here to the upper floor. There, a large terrace invites you to enjoy the view all the way to the sea. We find here a small living room and two large bedrooms on this floor, as well as another bathroom.
The roofs and floors as well as doors and windows are still the original and made of wood from the Gomeran Laurisilva forest. The sturdy, solid walls of the building are traditionally made of natural stone and clay.

Additional Information

The house has a permit as a vacation home and can therefore be rented to tourists.
