Wine finca with small building in the mountains of Gomera

Description

The finca is located in the mountains of the island, above the villages of El Cercado and Chipude at 1273 m above sea level. It is in a secluded location, surrounded by forest, in a wonderfully peaceful setting. The plot is mainly planted with white wine vines, the Forastera Gomera variety, and with a few fruit trees. Next to the building there is also a small chestnut forest.

Equipment

The building is 23 m² in size and consists of one room with a small kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet and shower. A drinking water connection is available. There is no electricity connection, but it would be possible to install a solar power system.
Access is via a dirt road. This is passable with a normal vehicle. The finca also has its own access road up to the house and further to the end of the property, which is passable with a four-wheel drive vehicle.
