Wine finca with small building above El Cercado

The finca is located in the mountains of Gomera, above the village of El Cercado, next to the reservoir of El Cercado, at 1135 meters above sea level. It is 11,336 m² in size and is completely planted with vines. Some of the vines are 200 years old, according to the owner. The vineyard is mainly planted with white grape varieties, Forastera Gomera and Listán Blanco. There are also a small number of red wine vines of the Listán Negro and Negramoll varieties. Mostly all old vines. There are also a few fruit trees on the property.
There is a building with a constructed area of about 50 m², used as a warehouse. It consists of a closed room and two semi-open, covered storage rooms.
Furthermore, all vines are equipped with drip irrigation and there are three water tanks of 5000 liters each. This makes it possible to irrigate the vines in summer, which, according to the owner, leads to better wine quality. The water for this must be delivered.
The finca has its own asphalted driveway and is easily accessible via the access road.
