The apartment is a condominium in a complex that currently also houses a hotel. The majority of the apartments in the complex are to be sold with the aim of closing the hotel business after the sales have been completed. Until then, the hotel is offering to rent out the apartments to the new owners, if desired. Once the sales have been completed, the new owners' association can decide whether individual tourist rentals will also be possible in future or whether the complex should be operated purely as a residential complex.
